Job details:

National Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development has announced recruitment for the post of Assistant Manager across India. Interested candidates can apply on or before 15^th January 2015.

Pay sale:

Selected candidates will be offered Rs. 6350 as starting pay and the Total monthly emoluments at the current rate of allowances will be Rs. 16000/- per month. (approximately).

No experience is required for the above posts.

Educational Qualification:

 Assistant Manager Grade (A):

• The candidates who are interested for this position should possess a degree of graduation with a minimum of 50% marks or an equivalent grade, in aggregate of all semesters /years. OR
• Master degree with minimum 50% marks or an equivalent grade, in aggregate of all semesters / years. OR
• The candidate should hold a doctorate degree from any recognizing university or institute. OR
• Chartered / Cost Accountants / Company Secretary (ACS) with a Bachelor’s Degree OR
• PG Diploma in Management / MBA Qualification from institutions recognized by GoI / UGC, with Graduation / Bachelor’s Degree.

Manager Grade (B):

• Interested candidates should hold a degree of graduation with a minimum of 60% marks or an equivalent grade, in aggregate of all semesters / years. OR
• A second class master’s degree with a minimum of 55% marks or an equivalent grade, in aggregate of all semesters / years. OR
• A Doctorate Degree with a minimum of 50% marks or an equivalent grade, in aggregate of all semesters/years in Master’s Degree Chartered / Cost Accountants / Company Secretary (ACS) with a Bachelor’s Degree PG Diploma in Management / MBA Qualification from institutions recognized by GoI / UGC, with Graduation / Bachelor’s Degree.

 Selection Procedure:

Candidates will be selected on the basis of written test, multiple choice questions and followed by interview.
Applicants qualified in both the test will be called for an interview.
